The fiberglass can be in extreme conditions when underground water level is too high. That is the cause why fiberglass can be crack by pressure when the pool have been drained. There is a way to leave pool empty for repair and repaint it, under that’s conditions. Method applied is to pump the ground water constantly in order to minimize pressure from outside. When job is completed, then pool will be full, and this pressure escape system keep set for use in future repairs.
